SEAN PHELaN Sean Phelan graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 2003, as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society and with distinctions including the Williamson Award, Pro Bono Honors Award, and several public interest law awards. Sean was also an Associate Editor of the Law Review. Since his graduation, Sean has been representing citizens in the civil justice system against governments and corporations. In 2005/2006, Sean successfully co-counseled a case before the Utah Supreme Court, preserving citizens’ rights to pursue judicial intervention to preserve air quality . |
