CHRIS JENSEN: PERSONAL PROFILE

Chris Jensen has been happily married to Christine for over twenty four years. They have three active children, a daughter in high school and two sons in college. Christine is busy with a variety of school and community service activities, plus business responsibilities, in addition to caring for her family.

The entire Jensen family volunteers time to the Salvation Army, of which Christine is a long time Director.

Chris’ hobbies include dogs, running and reading fiction. He is also an avid sports fan.

Chris, a former college football and track athlete, also participates in Seniors track and field competitions in the 100 meter, 200 meter and 400 meter events, as well as the long jump. He is the Arizona 2005 USA Track & Field champion in the 100 meter and 200 meter events, and has achieved age 50-54 group All America recognition from USA Track & Field in the 400 meter event (56.83 seconds). He holds the USA Track & Field record for Arizona in the 200 meter event for the age 50-54 category (25.67 seconds) and 400 meters (age 55-59).

The activities Chris enjoys most are family and outdoor activities. He particularly likes supporting and participating in his childrens' activities. He also enjoys dogs, trail running and hiking in the national forest.
